Geforce 8400 gs

I just upgraded to it today.
I had a geforce 6100 before and performance increase is only about 5% on games like
mount and blade and combat arms. Sometimes it seems worse.
Is it a better card or worse?

It's better by quite a bit. Did you reinstall the drivers upon installing the new card?
