Will this PSU Fit?

Will this power supply fit in my case? I am not sure.

For future reference how can you tell?

if it says atx on it, it will fit a standard atx micro atx and atx extended case(I believe) unless it is a slim case. also the standard size of a psu is this.
5.9"(W) x 3.4"(H)
Also companies like dell or hp often times have different sizes than the standard.
