My first build, please help

Hey guys this is my first post so sorry for mistakes, this is my first build I am on a very tight budget, around £275-300, could you please make sure all of my parts are compatible,


cpu: am3+ FX 4100 3.6Ghz quad core
mbu: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3
ram: Patriot Memory 2x2GB DDR3 RAM Memory 1333MHz 240 Pin
Gpu: radeon 6750 1gb GDDR5 XFX
hardrive: 160gb seagate

another issue is that I am running very low on my budget when it came to my psu, could you guys please give me a reliable one that is 500w for around £20

and if my wattage is wrong please correct me,
