Best graphic card

i would like to know about a cheapest graphics card which can run all the games at ultra settings on a resolution of 1920x1080
and by saying cheapest i mean there are many card for this performance so which is the cheapest among them and can deliver this kind of performance

You aren't specific enough. Do you have a budget?

You can get great value out of an HD6870 which can run some games at their maximum settings (i.e. Bioshock), other games on HIGH and some really demanding ones on MEDIUM.

If you want the best single card I recommend the GTX680 which is $500.

It also matters what CPU you have as a slow CPU will bottleneck the system anyway.

- best single GPU card is GTX680

actually sorry for being lazy to give all that info
CPU: i5 2500K
MOBO: Asus p8z68 pro/gen3
Ram: 8 GB G skill 1600
and i can chage my PSU according to the graphic card suggested
so i jus wanted to know that is that GTX 680 is the cheapest which can play all the games
what about if i buy two 6870s ll it b better
