stopping log files from being written...

is it possible to prevent a log file from being written? particularly the crontab log file. i have some actions being repeated more than once a minute and i'm worried about my ressources being abused through the writing of the log file. i know it's probably no big deal but i'd rather stop it alltogether. the logs can reach half a meg very fast...

redirect the logs to /dev/null. Problem solved!
