Anyways, just wondering what the optimal settings are for my system?

What's your resolution?

Play with them and find out. You know your system better than anyone else. You also know what you like to see, regarding AA and FPS. Settings are customizable for a reason: Everyone's tastes are different.

7870? Maxed out.

Unless you play in DX11 (you actually have to download the patch for that).

With DX11, maybe a step down from maxed.

I have a 6970 crossfire, and Crysis 2 fully modded - that's with DX11 patch, High-Res patch, MaLDo texture pack, Blackfire's mod - kicks my system's butt.

Yeah, just downloaded the hires and DX11 patches. I'll just play it on Extreme instead of Ultra.
