Question regarding Asus Gen 3 LGA 1175, and intel turbo boost

anyone who has this motherboard, where is the default button located in the bios.

Secondly, I had my processor on intel turbo mode. Its an i5 2500. the voltage would go as high as 1.2V.....on turbo mode? is that safe for this chip? currently it idle and loads anywhere from 0.7V to 1.2 V now that i have turned off turbo mode. What is the normal voltage for this processor thank you?

well if it idles at 0.7 -1.2 without turbo, then 1.2 with turbo is not a problem surely?
