$1300 Budget Gaming PC Build

Approximate Purchase Date: Within the next two weeks ideally but I can wait.

Budget Range: $1000-$1400 Am willing to go over if its justified.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, web browsing, MS Word work.

Parts Not Required: Keyboard, mouse, speakers, monitor and optical drive. (I do plan to upgrade to a 1920x1080 monitor later)

Preferred Website for Parts: NCIX. I will be ordering from there store as I am in the area.

Country: Canada

Parts Preferences: Intel CPU, Z77 motherboard.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: No

Monitor Resolution: Current: 1680x1050... later: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: Any suggestions about any part of the build would be greatly appreciated. I'm particularly concerned if a 650w psu will suffice. Thank you !

With that budget there's no reason you shouldn't have a GTX 670. You have the wrong board and psu for a single card build.
