Gadget Gift Ideas For Everyone
I am looking for some faster hard drives..... (currently have 1x 10GB ata33 maxtor, 1x 30GB ata66 maxtor, both 5400rpm). Looking for two 10 or 15 gig 7200 ATA100 drives (for RAID0).... which are the best ones, aside from SCSI? ---------- I am, you know I am. I am Canadian.
Since the IBM 60GXPs aren't available in 15GB sizes, maybe go for the older 75GXPs which are still good. Those are available at 15GB. Rob Please visit http://www.ncix.com/canada/index.cfm?affiliateid=319048
Yes, 75GXPs would be your best bet. Anything newer than that is at 20gig per platter. ------------------------------ Apple? Macintosh? What are these strange words you speak?

75GXPs??? They only come at 7200, I believe. They at least come at both. ------------------------------ Apple? Macintosh? What are these strange words you speak?

You can get a Quantum AS 10GB. "Now drop your weapons or I'll kill him with this deadly jelly baby."
The Quantam Fireball Plus AS? It's a good drive. Great average seek times for an IDE drive. ------------------------------ Apple? Macintosh? What are these strange words you speak?
