Is 450w enough?

I have a antec VP 450w PSU
I am going to upgrade to a intel core i5 2400, and a radeon HD 6950. Will this PSU be enough? I really don't want to upgrade my psu so if it is then great!
My current system specs are :

Intel core i3 2100
Radeon HD 6850
1 tb HD
1 optical drive
12 gb ddr3 RAM

I will be doing lots of gaming on my PC (gta V when it comes out, minecraft, dirt3, and other games like those)... Thanks in advance for the advice!

with an ivy bridge an a 7850 it might be enough but not for a 6950 I think...

It wouldn't be enough because your current PSU has only one 6-pin PCIe power connector and the Radeon HD 6950 requires two 6pin PCIe connectors. Get a good 500W PSU from Corsair or Seasonic. A Radeon HD 7850 only requires one 6 pin PCIe connector. I'd get that instead.
