These are my Configs:

CPU: Core i5 2500k @4.0GHz
COOLER: Antec Kuhler 620H2O
MOBO:GigaByte GA-Z68XP-UD3 LGA1155 DDR3
MEMORY:G.Skill Sniper (2x)4Gb
HDD:WD 500Gb
VGA:EVGA GTX 680
CASE:CM690 II Advanced Nvidia Edition

I really want to know the difference between those two. The 650AX Gold costs more than the 750TXV2, I know, the AX650 Gold is Modular, it's that it? I mean, is it good to sacrifice 100W just for it being Modular?
Sorry if I said dumb stuffs, I'm pretty ignorant on this subject.

Solution
I would go with the AX yes but either one will serve you well it's up to you to decide you won't be making a bad choice either way bud.
Corsair is a well known supplier of PSU's with top notch ratings with good value. The models made by Seasonic tend to be the quietest. The AX series is the best. Surprisingly even the CWT models are well reviewed although most are discontinued.
The 650AX = Seasonic made higher quality guts High-quality Japanese capacitors provide uncompromised performance and reliability + 80Plus Gold, 54 amps 12V power, 7 yr warranty, FULLY modular
The 750TXV2= Seasonic made, 53 amps 12V power, 80Plus bronze, 5 yr warranty non modular
