I have a seedbox which I use to download my torrents since I can't get anything to work through my ISP. Now, my ISP is throttling my SFTP connection to my seedbox. I know they are throttling because my bandwidth test on my ISP with well above 3Mb and my seedbox's upload and download is well over 70Mb. When I try to SFTP, the connection is no better than 30KB/sec.

I tried to fire up my vpn and run the SFTP through it and I am getting the same results.

Any thoughts as to how I can get around this? I have filezilla and jdownloader installed on the seedbox.
