Sony vs. Samsung

I'm looking for a LCD that will function both for internet/word/business use but also will be able to play high FPS games such as Counter-strike, UT2003, etc. and play DVD's without ghosting.

I'm looking at a 19" LCD, and narrowed it down to two:
1. STYLEPRO Series 19 Flat Panel LCD SDM-S91
2. Samsung SyncMaster 191T

are the specs true on the sony LCD. both their website and other sellers have a response time of rise:15ms and fall:10ms. if that is true then it should be perfect for high FPS games without ghosting.

I've also read lots of reviews regarding the Samsung, with both positive and negative ideas regarding ghosting for games.

any ideas????

15ms rise and 10ms fall equal 25ms, so you will notice ghosting, but there are no 19" monitors that have better response times than 25ms that I know of.....

i realized that after posting, sorry for the noob comment....so which one exhibits the least ghosting....for games/DVD's

Also interested in a 19" monitor suitable for fps gaming. HP released a new monitor called HP L1925, has a 20ms response time. 20ms response time equates to 50 frames a second, I dunno if that is suitable for an avid quake 3 gamer.

Hey Williamsplace great stuff, I'am perticularly interested in the color displayed (i.e. shadows etc), and the response time (i.e PFS game play quake3). Would be kick ass if you can post a short review here on the forum.
