Can't change my profile pic

I have tried multiple times to upload a new 85x85 avatar which keeps resulting in my previous pic being displayed. I understand the admins need to approve the pic. Even after a week the pic doesn't show. I deleted the original pic, and got the default stick people pic. Then I upped a new one, and it put my original pic back in. Seems bugged to me.
