Will my computer run skyrim !?!?!?

16GB (4GBx4) DDR3/1600MHz Dual Channel Memory (Kingston HyperX)

^got them in sli

my computer should be here in a week or so and I was wondering if I'm going to be able to play skyrim on max settings.

also how high am I going to be able to safely overclock my i7 3770k?

4.3-4.7 is a good range to shoot for.

I was worried that I may not have a good enough processor and that it would bottleneck with my gtx 670's.

I have my i5 750 stock atm with a GTX 670 and its not a bottle neck :)  your fine !!!! your over fine.
