A new GPU

i have a AMD II x3 450 whit 4gb ram a GPU 54501gb and a motherboard m68mt-s2p and i want to buy a geforce gtx 560 ti
can you tell me if they will work?

If you have a good 500 watt or better power supply, with 2 pcie power connectors it will work.

Power supply is likely a problem. Your old card drew 19 watts peak. The new one -- 170W. That's a big difference. Make sure if you swap power supplies that you get a good quality one. A poor PSU will cause blue screens you'll never debug.
