I play video games, and i like to record and also livestream , at this moment my computer handles it only if i lower the resolution of the livestream, i use a program called xsplit. Im thinking that the main problem might be mi CPU , since this is the factory CPU that came with my computer, i posted below my computer information , Can someone please help me , and tell me what should i upgrade first CPU or Moderboard?? im trying to no spend a lot of money , but if upgrading any of this two component witll help me, then please someone recomend me a better CPU or Moderboard. thanks in advance.

I would say the Motherboard will give you better route expansion, the CPU is still fine its a Zosma OEM chip but its good enough to last you a while yet. Getting up to a new motherboard will give you better features and expansion, if possible go to a 990FX board and wait until mid next term for a Steam Roller CPU.
