It looks good, but with your budget, you can up the GPU to:

Gigabyte 7850 ($270)
or
EVGA 560 Ti Superclocked ($225 after MIR)

And if you plan over overclocking, don't forget an aftermarket cooler.
Hyper 212 Plus ($20 after MIR)

Thanks for the advice. I forgot to include the cost of Windows in the OP so I don't think I can afford a better GPU at the moment.

You should seriously consider websites other than microcenter. Despite their excellent deals on CPU and Mobo, the other stuff is slightly higher in price relative to newegg, tigerdirect and amazon. In addition, you will have to pay sales tax in most states plus the gas cost of driving there (microcenter is far enough from me that it wasn't much savings after that).
