Im building my first PC and i need help on buying a PSU. I dont know how much i need, what to look for, and which ones are better than others. My PC is going to be for high end gaming, and im going to want to overclock which i believe requires more power. I want to have enough to not be restricted and be worried about it, but i dont want to go totally overkill. If you could help explain how to buy a PSU and link to best deals i would appreciate it

Build:
i5 3570k CPU
ASRock z77 Extreme4
ZOTAC Geforce GTX 670 AMP! Edition
Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm 6gbps 64cache
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

Thanks for your time

If you're not adding a second GPU you'll do great with a quality 500W unit like Seasonic.
