Have you noticed the lack of performance since Pandaria hit, or was it before that?

No i noticed this before MoP, apparently its easy to run Borderlands 2 on ultra and people manage it but again my computer cant seem to do it, now and then my graphics card stops responding so i was wondering if theres a problem there or i basically need to replace it?

Your gfx card is looking a bit low anyway so if you wanted to upgrade it go for it,
I'm not sure why you have 16Gb of ram but thats by the by really,
try a fresh install of WoW as a lot of old content/files have been removed and the new Mop DL is trimmed down/optimised
Drivers upto date on the card I assume?

Well it could be simples as well: too much dust in your machine, need to replace thermal paste etc.
