With an OS and Monitor? Dont have much wiggle room but here we go!

Case 19.99

Mobo/cpu combo 123.98
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.950017

Memory 27.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231179

Power Supply 59.99 (could go lower if needed)

CD Drive 18.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827106276

Monitor 59.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001561

HDD 64.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136771

OS 64.95 - if youre a student and have an existing OS somewhere
http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msstore/pd/productID.216644200?Icid=Student_HUB_4up_Windows

If not a student 99.99 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116983

Video Card:
59.99 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121397
74.99 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161334

Grand total:

$535.90 w/GT430
$550.90 w/5670

If you get the student discount for the OS upgrade (and have a Vista or XP CD already) the total would be around $500 - $515 and you can use the extra $85-100 bucks in your budget towards other things if you so desire.

Good luck!
