Xfx ati radeon hd 5770 on asus p5kpl -am in .

I am going to buy xfx ati radeon 5770 for my pc but i'm confused that if my mobo is good for it or not .
My pc specs :
intel c2d e7500 @ 2.93 ghz
ram - 2gb
mobo - asus p5kpl-am in
current gpu - intel g31/33 chipset 256 mb.
Samsung 19 inch lcd monitor.
Bq - can i play these games with ease on radeon 5770 .
Cod - 2 , mw , mw 2 , mw3 ,black ops .
Batman arkham city
assasin's creed 2
resident evil 5
pay day
gta 4 .
 
Agree with the others.
Make sure you've got a good PSU with at least one 6 pin pcie power connector.

However, I can see that it's a G31 chipset. I've heard of the HD 5xxx series (PCIe 2.1) being incompatible with a PCIe 1.0 motherboard. A BIOS flash might help, but I'm not sure. I've never experienced it, but I have heard of this problem with other members in this forum.
It is backwards compatible, but I don't think the card's is going to run at it's full potential.
