High Speed Fan [Noisy] Intel g630 at Boot

Hi All I have a problem at this rig,
When I boot the PC, the fan is not spinning for 1 second and then the fan is spinning in a high speed for 2 second and become a normal after that.
That is normal?

Here my spec:

Intel G630
ASrock H61M-HVS
Zotac GT 440
4 Gb RAM Team Elite 10600
750 Gb Seagate
Crossair CX500 - 500Watt

Yes, that's normal from personal experience nothing to worry about.
