How to make cold cathode flash to computer voice

Ok, so I'm trying to set up a GlaDOS computer voice on my Aperture Science-themed PC. I already have the voice-overs and I installed a sound-sensitive, red cold-cathode 4" into the front grill of the tower. I would like to set this up so it flashes in sync with the GlaDOS voice directly from my PC's sound channel, not just from general sound from the outside world.

Any suggestions, ideas??

haha sounds awesome! Get a sound activated module. It should plug with your cathode.
