My usb is write protected how to remove

my usb is write protected how can i remove this? my usb can't save a file and i can't delete an unwanted files. if I tried to delete it, it will always says "write protected". which tools I can use to fix the virus? In it there is a program named autorun and i think thats the reason why my usb is lock. can you help me remove it? I'm looking forward for your respond asap.
