PSU Explosion

So after my first boot of my build, 5 seconds in my xfx 750w PSU makes a pop noise and smoke comes out, everything shut off automatically. I check the PSU and everything is fine with it. I turn back on the computer and it has been running for 3+ hours now and everything is normal.

Any idea what happened?

might want to call your manufacturer or tech support. did you leave anything inside the unit?

What do mean by if i left anything inside the unit?
