The V6 GT will NOT fit in the Asus Sabertooth without a mod. You would have to cut one of the heat pipes. It may fit if you take off the thermal armor but then there wouldn't be a point in getting the sabertooth. I have the sabertooth and it's awesome so I just got the 212 EVO over the V6 GT.

They're both great mobos, if you're dead set on the V6 GT or want to save some money, get the Extreme6. I got the sabertooth over others, mainly just for it's badass look. The sabertooth isn't a great value for the features you get, you're paying a premium for its uniqueness.

ok it sounds like i am going to go with the extreme 6 and the hyper 212 evo ive heard good things about both of them i know that they say there isnt a dif. between the extreme 4 for less $ but i like the look of the extreme 6 better.

If you get the Asus, get the TOP version. Don't get the windforce. The Asus and the FTW are the two best 670's hands down. Cooling is better on the Asus than the windforce and the FTW has the highest clock speed. No benefit to the Windforce besides price but if you're spending that much a GFX card, I'm supposing $20 won't matter.

which raid were you planning on doing? I would just get a 2TB if that's how much you need. You'll save money and you can just use your ssd for you OS, apps that benefit from fast storage, and games.

so just get a 2tb samsung spinpoint or is there a better one? and then use a 256gb crucial m4 ssd? is that overboard for games files (music, documents, pictures/ videos) and things like that?

The EVGA superclocked did but they replaced all of them with the FTW editions to those affected. Pretty Sweet customer service. Most people weren't even mad about it because of how great the service was.

I have the 256GB Crucial M4 SSD and a 3TB Seagte Baracuda drive. After I ordered, I saw a post that showed the Mushkin 240GB way faster.

But really, my Windows 7 64 bit boots in 7 seconds. It is completely awesome. The Crucial worked flawlessly. In my sons computer, we got a OCZ Vertex 3 128GB.. and it was difficult to even format.

Mushkin Chronos Deluxe is beast but the Crucial is not bad either. I agree about the OCZ drive. I have an OCZ ZX 850W PSU and it's awesome but I don't like their drives. I have the Samsung 830 and it's really nice but expensive.
