Download ATI Radeon tm HD 4200 graphics

Hello,

My graphic card is not working properly images are slowing regularly this happenned after upgrading my windows 7 and i would like you to help me finding the right link to download for free the ATI Radeon tm HD 4200 graphics up to 1919MB HyperMemory tm corresponding to my laptop. My Laptop is an ACER ASPIRE 5542-1462. It would be nice if you could help me because i can't watch videos and listen to musics like before. Thanks!
