Ha, I actually found it funny. Anyway on to the specs:

If it's for gaming, get an i5-3570k, not the i7. Hyperthreading is not useful for games. It's not even that useful for many everyday computing tasks. You can save yourself $100 right there.

If you're not OCing a crapload (or even if you are), don't bother with water cooling. Just go for a quiet air cooler. It's no problem to hit 4.0 on Ivy Bridge (which is what you said above) on air with very modest noise.

I like my m4, but there are better value SSDs out there. Just look for a good brand.

1000W PSU is way overkill with modern graphics cards. Even for SLI/Crossfire, you will not need more than 800W (and really, you'd probably be fine with 650).

Finally, go for 2x4GB of RAM; 16 is overkill.

With the leftover money I've just saved you, get a 120Hz monitor. If you're going 2x670 for your video card (good choice), you need the 120 Hz monitor to really enjoy it. (You could also get a 27" 2560x1600 monitor. Personally I think 1080p @ 120 Hz is a better experience than 1600 @ 60 Hz. Up to you.)

Everything looks good but i would change a few things get this mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-Motherboards%20-%20Intel-_-ASRock-_-13157293&AID=10440897&PID=3938566&SID=#top MSI mobo suck get this PSU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139010 or this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139021 you can run 670 in sli with 750watt no problem what so ever H80 is a waste of money it's noisy it's performance is as good as a 40.00 heat sink it's water cooling for dummies not real water cooling get a custom loop or a rasa kit if you want to water cool ;)
