Upgrade Help

So I am wanting to upgrade from this card ZOTAC ZT-40404-10P SYNERGY GeForce GTX 460 to this card EVGA 012-P3-2078-KR GeForce GTX 560 Ti - 448 Cores (Fermi) Classified Ultra i want everyone's opinion and suggestions as well. I tried posting links and it didn't work for me. lol

Sounds like a good upgrade , what do you have for a power supply , cpu , ram and motherboard?
