Microsoft.com,windowslive.com and account setting in facebook does load!!!!!

I use mozilla and microsoft.com does load on my pc,can someone help me???????

Additional info : even if i use internet explorer 8 or any other internet browser it will not load,windowslive.com also.Since year i am getting this problem and i tried several time to reinstall my windows(windows 7 ultimate 64-bit) but in vain.help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
