Are there any decent computer chassis without 5.25" optical drive bays? My own searches haven't come up with anything and I'm going to be building a rig that has no need for an optical drive.

I don't think there are any. The minimum size of a case is given by the ATX format plus PSU and that leaves room for at least two 5.25" slots.

I haven't found any ATX cases that fit the bill. But this ITX case looks nice.

If I can find a Mini ITX board that supports a higher end CPU this would work great! There seem to be a few guys at Newegg who have already used this case for home servers which is exactly what I'm planning to do. Thanks for the find.
