Low FPS since 12.3 patch?

Hello,
I have a Radeon HD 6570 and I noticed since the patch, my FPS during raids in WoW are horrible. They only top 4-6fps. I used to get a good 20-30 while raiding but for some reason I can't figure out why this is happening. I get good fps while not raiding, but when there is a lot going on it goes to crap.

I'm curious to know if anyone else has experience low fps after the patch, or if it's just me.

It shouldn't be like that. Maybe it's a bug, or maybe because you installed the driver, the settings may reset so you have to reset the settings again. If it doesn't work then, roll back the drivers.
