Guys ..I have a iball ups which i bought 7 years ago...its giving low backup time of only 2 min......recently there were low voltages...so the battery may have gone wrong.....or unit which i doubt......wat is ur view?

Average life expectancy of a UPS battery is 3-5 years. So at 7 years, you got your money's worth out of it. see if you can purchase a replacement battery at a reasonable cost or purchase a new UPS.

Also how many VA or Watts (there is a difference) is your UPS and what kind of system are you powering with it?
