Looking at used Computers

Recently ive been looking at buying a used computer with decent components for me to ugrade. Im doing this because its much much cheaper than buying new or building my own, even though i would rather just get a new computer. Heres the specs to one that i found for $600 What do you guys think?

Processor: AMD 960T stock @ 3.0 GHz (Mine is o.c @ 4.1Ghz)

I know that it is a bit pricy since i would have to upgrade at least the gpu and ram, and i havent heard too many good things about the psu. Do you guys think i should go check this one out or just keep waiting?

I have a used GA P55-UD4P / i5 750 / HD 5850 / 4 GB of G skill DDR3 1333 or 1600 OR both for 8 GB @ 1333

you would need

Case 60
hdd 70
dvd 20
psu 60 = 210 I can sell for 300 so 510 VS 600 no monitor tho

for about $600 you can get a modern QuadCare gaming system sans the GPU which you need to upgrade on the above system anyway. Maybe less if you live near a MicroCenter.
