How does a Physx processor work with an AMD card?

Hey community,

So I bought one of these this morning for one of my buddies, since it was the fastest thing I could find on Tiger (I had a coupon) that was PCI, since he had an older computer.

Little did I know, he went and bought himself a brand new HP. I figured I could still install the card into the computer, because HP's usually have lame or no cards. That was not the case though. The one he purchased came with only a PCI-e x16 and 3 PCI-e x1s (I don't get it either). Obviously, this renders the card useless, and I don't really feel like returning it, because I have a PCI card, a Radeon 9200 that I used to use for PC troubleshooting with my friends computers that recently broke. I figured I would just keep it.

Getting to the point, I figured I could keep the new GT430 and while it was not in use, use it as the Physx processor in my computer. I do have one PCI slot left, and honestly it would help me to not break it or lose it (because I would). I was wondering how I would go about setting it up as the Physx processor in my computer. I do actually play alot of Mafia II (and by alot, I mean almost every day).

I figured I would use it for SOMETHING at least, so why not Physx? It would be great if I could get some advice or directions. I am usually very good with computer tech, but I am stumped when it comes to this.

Thanks,
-Gunner

P.S. This is my current card: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=7073901&CatId=3669
It also has the unlocked shaders.

I don't think it does.
