X3 720 BE Core unlock in BIOS but not showing Windows?

Hi,

I currently have a x3 720 BE 2.8 GHZ cpu in a ASUS M5A78L motherboard which
supports core unlock.

After enabling ACC and unleashed mode computer fails on unleashing when booting.

If I increase the Voltage from 1.3 to 1.4 and CPUNB voltage to 1.28 and boot Its showing in BIOS post screen

When I seen this I thought YEASSS!!!!!!! a core is unlocked!!!!!!!!

But after booting to windows it still only shows 3 cores?,

Anyone help me please!?!?!?!
