I would suggest you upgrade your PSU :)  And I don't think you would need a new cooler, have you had any problems with overheating in the past? If not, no you don't.

But a new power supply is a must. Here are some recommendations. -This one will be good enough for your PC and the 5770 :)  decently priced too! (This is the one I personally use in my HTPC)

Any from that list is fine. Though if you prefer something different, I would stick with Corsair, Seasonic, and Antec (Preferably around the 380-450w as well :lol:  )

no i dont have any overheating problem in the past but my pc make some really bad sounds like grinding noise very often , so is that a sign of over heating or what ?

I am running a Sapphire HD 6850 with a CoolerMaster eXtreme Power Plus 460w.My system specifications are-
Intel Core2Duo E7400.
3.00GB Ram.
500GB HDD(Internal)
I too had the intel g33/g31 chipset on my Hp pc but thanks to Tom's Hardware,I bought the HD 6850.If you don't like the CoolerMaster,you can go for the Corsair cx 430,which I am told,is better than my PSU.

Corsair CX 430--->

The XFX HD 6770/5770 costs Rs. 9495--->

And the 6850---->

Edit:Corsair CX 500 V2---->
(to be on the safe side :)  )

Hope this helps. :)
