New graphics card for a barebones kit

I have this barebones kit with nothing added to it:

and I'm looking to purchase this radeon hd 6870:

My question is if everything is compatible. I've been reading articles and threads and my head is starting to spin lol. I believe the card will fit and the pcei slot is fine, my main concern is whether or not the psu is strong enough.

If not would a 6850 or 7750 work or am I pretty much stuck getting a new psu if I want some better graphics

realistically the 6870 would work but that psu is probably low quality so you should replace it if you can.

that psu will be good. there could be problems and the psu dying if its low quality it might kill the motherboard. Might even explode but that is extremely rare and only really happens on really old psu.

One last question are psu's universally sized? Just replaceable with no worries?

the have different sizes but most of the ones you find are ATX which will fit in any normal sized case.

there are smaller ones for like small form pcs.
