For 3 years i3-3225 vs A10-5800k

Hello,
What to chose, to a system without a GPU for 3-4 months, i know amd apu igp better then intel hd 4000, but for the future, what procesor to choose, with what cpu I can work for 3-4 years on the processing part, not igp part.
I'm gone buy a dedicated gpu next year in March maybe. Thx.
Build for me a system for 400 $ usd.

Nobody can really answer that question for you.

It depends on what your needs and expectations are. Both of these can change. If you're just looking for a system to run Microsoft Office on, browse the internet, watch movies, that system is very future proof. If you're looking to play system light games like WoW, or LoL, then yea, its probably going to last you a few years without issue. But if you're talking about constantly buying newer game titles and expecting them all to perform flawlessly @ 1080p or something, then no... Its not a very "future proofed" system.

I think the 4 cores will serve you better and you have an ability to overclock.

March is too far away, go with a Trinity now. Using Intel integrated graphics is madness.

The Trinity CPUs have made cheap video cards obsolete, they also have made budget intel builds obsolete.

intel cpu + cheap video card = you just wasted 100$

Neither if you want a build to last 4 years (gaming) buying budget options now is not realistic you need to buy mid range at least and hope that no earth shatteringly new tech comes along in the meantime meaning your currently mid/high end gamer is low end but capable-ish in 4 years. For example Core 2 Quads are still capable gamers now where as Dual core pentiums (4 years ago budget option) have no hope.

Either save up longer and buy better now or consign yourself to a shorter update cycle using your current options.

If we are not taking gaming in to account (I assumed due to mention of GPU) then ignore me an office/porno streamer will run the next 4 years on nearly anything (unless there are earth shattering developments in porno streaming).

Note that he didn't say that he would be playing games. It's only work. For this Intel Igpu it's ok.
