PSU for GTX 470?

Ok Well I Just bought a GTX 470 to replace my GTX 260 192core (yeah its old), Currently my rig is running off a Corsair CX430 V2, I'm not sure if the GTX 470 is going to struggle with this PSU or not. What do you think?

I Have an AMD Athlon II X4 635 and SSD.

it would be really tight if it did work, the psu would be working very hard and will probably die out prematurely.

id get at least 550w.

I think you should change it, what budget do you set? I wonder why you get this card while there is cards that are priced the same but with much lower power usage so you don't have to change your power supply. A good example is the 7850.
