Approximate Purchase Date: This summer or early fall

Budget Range: 600-700

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (Diablo 3, Minecraft, etc) , Videos, Schoolwork

Parts Not Required: Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers, Monitor, and Hard-drive.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon

Country: Canada, but I can get my parts in the US

Parts Preferences: by brand or type: Intel for CPU and EVGA for graphics

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Monitor Resolution: 1280x1024

Additional Comments: I would prefer a quiet computer, and maybe with Windows 7 Home Premium SP1

I'd design you a computer if I wasn't beginning to get pain in my fingers again, took me weeks to recover from the last time.

What I will say though is, for those sorts of games, you probably only need a nvidia GT or a low-end GTX, don't waste money on a mid-high range card, those are for people who play games like BF3 and GTA on high settings. And 1920x1080 is the common resolution for today's computers.

Make sure your hard disk is SATA by the way

What if I don't have a SATA hard disk, do I have to replace the ATA one?

I guess you have to, don't know what ATA is, I thought there was only SATA an IDE.

OP probably meant IDE. That interface has several names. Also, there are many more storage interfaces than just IDE and SATA.

There are Fibre Channel, SAS, SCSI, and many more.

You'll get much better deals on newegg more often than on Amazon for computer hardware. Newegg also gives much more information about each product.
