Will My CPU Bottleneck my GTX 470?

Welp I Now Have a GTX 470 arriving and am wondering if my Athlon II X4 635 2.9ghz overclocked to 3.5ghz will be a big bottleneck? Or the other way around? Should I Be ok?

Ok for the most part. There will be a few games here and there that will give you grief. I wouldn't worry to much about it.

yes u can run many good games on high settings and say me what is ur RAM but still gtx 470 is the best

I don't really think so for most famous game titles... It depends on the game anyway.
