Is this a good sound card?

I recently found a creative soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS and want to know is it any better than the onboard audio on my Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3?

It is a good card. Is it better than realtek 889? I don't know. It supports eax up to 4.0 so should be more convincing in games. As far as I remember connecting the case front panel requires some kind of adapter. Give it a try.
