I'm looking to get a better video card. I currently have ATI Radeon 1300/1500 series. but I'm a novice at this, lol.

I'm running:
Windows 7, 64 bit.
Intel Core 2 CPU - 6400 @ 2.13 GHz

Not sure what my power supply is.. it says "Power shall not exceed 310w" though.

It's a Lenovo thinkcentre desktop.

Hate to break it to you but you are going to need a better PSU to run any higher end video cards for starters.

Also, does your Motherboard even support PCIe video cards?

Lastly, if you don't know how to build a PC from the ground up, you are in for a real challenge.

No, stay away from your PS3 :) . All you need is a PSU upgrade ($40-$50) and your graphics card can be this 6770.

And to make me help you easier, can you list your PC components like PSU, Motherboard, etc. (If you don't know, just tell the model number of your PC) and List me your budget for this upgrade.
