What do you mean 'too small'???

You mean the computer can't handle the size of the GPU?

You mean the slot on your motherboard doesn't support the GPU (considering you have an old GPU before, and it may be AGP)?

Or what? Details please.

If the motherboard doesn't support the GPU then there is nothing that can be done. I would advise that you save up for a new system. Especially if your system is still using an old GeForce 5 card... those are ancient now.

Its too smal beacuse its a different bus. The 8400 should be PCI-E and the 5200 AGP. There is no point in buying an AGP card, since they're old technology anyway.

Doing a quick search it looks like your system is a Pentium 4 release in 2004...

I think you're due for an upgrade. I wouldn't even bother upgrading the video card.

If you can scrape together $400-$600, we can help you build a system that will be many, many times faster than what you're currently using.

If you don't have money for a new computer your looking for an AGP graphics card and Not and PCIe graphics card

Some possible model numbers on ebay are 6600 AGP, 6600GT AGP, 7600GS AGP or 7600GT AGP

One other issue is the specs for your computer list 295 watts maximum.

I can not guarantee your power supply will have enough power to run those cards.
