Will all the parts work together? Is the psu strong enough? Will I be able to oc well if I choose to?

Looks good to me.

You do know that PSU only costs about $40 with all the promos and rebates, right? Or were you just leaving that until later. Regardless, stay on top of it. And not a bad build.
