I5 2500k multiplier set at 31?

Why is my i5 2500k at 3.1ghz when its supposed to be at 3.3? on the bios it says its at 31, shouldn't stock be 33? thanks for your input, my mobo is a Biostar tz77b and my ram are 2 sticks of vengeance ddr3 1600, which I already had to overclock to get them to run at that frequency.

Change the multi, or load UEFI defaults.

Solved, I just changed it to fixed multiplier, got the mult to 33, changed it back to not fixed and put the turbo boost multipliers to 37.

why are you still using stock clocks on a 2500k
