I just build by new system and bought this monster looking case in Thermaltake's MK-Chaser 1. I've almost connected all the wires including the fans, LEDs etc.., But I cannot figure out the connections for the front USB 3.0 ports and the docking station. Also, what is the SATA port used for in the front?

This is the config I've build:

Intel i7 2600 3.5 GHz
Gigabyte Z68AP-D3
Kingston HyperX 8GB ram
ATI Radeon HD 6950 2GB

Your help will really be appreciated guys!

Firstly the Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3 doesn't have a front panel/internal USB 3.0 connector. So if you want to use those ports on the case you will either have to convert them to internal USB 2.0 ports or route them to the rear panel and convert to external USB 3.0.

There are two SATA connectors that come from the front panel connectors. One is for the docking station, the other is for the eSATA port, which is a bit like USB 3.0, in that devices like external/portable HDDs sometimes use them.
To make the docking station functional it will also need power, there is a 4pin peripheral (molex) connector which needs to be connected to the PSU to achieve this.
