More about will support sapphire 7750 gddr5 graphics card
  1. I would not use the PSU. as you can clearly see its only a 168W PSU at 12 V not 400W. to get to 400W they added in the 5V and 3.3V wattages which are barely used. Really the most extreme case of a dishonest PSU I have ever seen. a 7750 is only 60W but you probably have just barely enough power to run what you already have.
  2. so can i buy 7750 without upgrading my psu??
  3. Once you buy the 7750 the next Graphics Card call Radeon 8xxx releases.
  4. I think it will work as your cpu isn't power hungry but your psu is very old and low quality by the look of it.
  5. Not really a good PSU. The +12V rails are only have got 14A, which is quite low.
Sorry, but no, you won't be able to go for a HD 7750.
  6. So please suggest a decent graphic card without the need to upgrade anything.
  7. We'd like to know the resolution you're gaming at, first. :)
    An HD 6570 at best.
  8. my resolution of gaming would be 1400*900
  9. I think a HD 6570 should suffice.
However, if you had the budget to buy a HD 7750, then I could suggest you buy a new PSU within that budget.
Could you tell us your budget? Doesn't matter if it's in INR.
  10. Try this website to get a good idea of what you might need.

  11. My budget is less than 7000 INR

the 7750 doesn't draw more power than the 6570 which is a rebranded 5670

    its uses less power.
  13. I'll just use flipkart, as a price reference.
Although, I doubt if it's the same price in your area.

    HD 6570

Do note that the HD 6570 is more or less a 1024X768 type of a card. I don't think it'll game at 1440X900.
That and a Corsair CX430. Shouldn't cost more than 2000 INR and it should fit your budget.

The PSU is what I'm a little worried about.
And his budget doesn't fit a HD 7750. It's about 7000-9000 INR here. Too much...
  15. hd 7750 costs 7644 INR.So there is no need to buy power supply i can buy this card.

You said your budget was less than 7000 INR..
Also, I'm really doubtful on that PSU.
Is it the XTech 400W PSU?

Also, that CPU would bottleneck a HD 7750.
  18. get a corsair cx 430 v2 and a radeon 6570/6670/7750 whichever budget allows and be done with it. you don't want to put in a shiny new gfx card and have your low end, old, degraded psu to kill your pc, do you? your cpu might be the bottleneck anyway so even a 6570 will do. i think that allows you to squeeze in a corsair cx 430 v2.
  19. my specs are intel core2 duo e7500 4 gb ram 180wt psu motherboard MS-7525
    can i go for it
  20. I would say upgrade it for a 600watt PSU :)

    Personally I suggest Corsair GS600.

    http://www.corsair.com/en-us/gs600w.html

Your GPU won't use more than 200Watt and will allow your PC to sit in a comfortable zone and what case do you have?
  21. after upgrading my psu can i go for 7750
  22. Go For 750 Ti For 9000 INR
