Will my psu support Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7750 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

I am planning to buy Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7750 1 GB card.Will my psu and motherboard(It has pci 2.0 slot)support it?

I would not use the PSU. as you can clearly see its only a 168W PSU at 12 V not 400W. to get to 400W they added in the 5V and 3.3V wattages which are barely used. Really the most extreme case of a dishonest PSU I have ever seen. a 7750 is only 60W but you probably have just barely enough power to run what you already have.

I think it will work as your cpu isn't power hungry but your psu is very old and low quality by the look of it.

Not really a good PSU. The +12V rails are only have got 14A, which is quite low.
Sorry, but no, you won't be able to go for a HD 7750.

I think a HD 6570 should suffice.
However, if you had the budget to buy a HD 7750, then I could suggest you buy a new PSU within that budget.
Could you tell us your budget? Doesn't matter if it's in INR.

Do note that the HD 6570 is more or less a 1024X768 type of a card. I don't think it'll game at 1440X900.
That and a Corsair CX430. Shouldn't cost more than 2000 INR and it should fit your budget.

The PSU is what I'm a little worried about.

Also, I'm really doubtful on that PSU.
Is it the XTech 400W PSU?

Also, that CPU would bottleneck a HD 7750.

get a corsair cx 430 v2 and a radeon 6570/6670/7750 whichever budget allows and be done with it. you don't want to put in a shiny new gfx card and have your low end, old, degraded psu to kill your pc, do you? your cpu might be the bottleneck anyway so even a 6570 will do. i think that allows you to squeeze in a corsair cx 430 v2.
